Splatter Monsters < Crafty-Mummy

These splatter monsters are fun to do for Halloween or just for something fun to do. If your kids love paint, they will enjoy this activity.

For your Splatter Monsters you will need;

Paint (of all different colours)
Paper
Straws
Markers
Googly Eyes (optional)

**We also used trays as this activity is a little messy!**

Messy Monsters!

To do your splatter monsters make sure you have your surfaces protected. This can get a bit messy! But mess is good right lol! And the more paint you use, the messier this can get! Just a warning for you 😉

**Start by applying paint to your paper**

**With your straw blow your paint across the paper**

**Doesn’t have to be perfect. The messier the better!**

You can do just one monster. However if they are anything like my kids, they will want to do multiple monsters on one sheet of paper which actually looks pretty cute when finished 😍

**The colours can even run into each other!**

**Lots of puff is essential for this activity lol!**

Creating Your Monsters!

Once your paint splatters are dry, you can add details to them. Things like arms, legs, hairstyles, eyes, mouths. And this is when you’re monsters really start to come to life.

**Adding hair gives your monster character**

**Make your monsters as wacky as you want!**

You can mount your splatter monsters onto coloured card. And because they are all so individual the monsters make a great display for halloween time!
